A cuvée that aims to recreate the original flavor of Muscat, which underpinned the phenomenal success of Muscat de Rivesaltes in the early 20th century.

This sweet dessert wine is crafted by the prestigious Domaine du Clos des Fées in Roussillon, southern France. The concentrated sweetness of ripe fruit is centered around layers of nuances of citrus peel, honey, and spices, creating a rich yet surprisingly delicate flavor. The balance of sweetness and acidity is exquisite, making this a wine that quietly and lingers on the palate after a meal.

Tasting Notes
Beautiful golden color with hints of candied white fruit, apricot and quince.
As for the serving temperature, following the example of Château d'Yquem up until the 1980s, it is best to serve it at a temperature just before freezing (around 0°C), if possible. After refrigeration, place it in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes, then serve it in small amounts, topping it off as needed.
