The name is inspired by the "Bonitas" principle of the medieval philosopher Raimundus Lull's "Ars Magna" (Great Art), and expresses goodness, quality, honesty, and fertility. The grapes are cultivated with the utmost care in vineyards with optimal soil and structure. Crafted from grapes that clearly display the characteristics of Chardonnay, this wine is rich in aromas and minerality. The combination of tireless work in the cellar and aging techniques in wooden barrels results in the creation of the high-quality, refined Ars Magna Series Chardonnay.

Color tone: bright golden yellow
Aroma: A rich and complex aroma with distinct aromas of ripe fruit such as white peach. There is a faint scent of broom flowers, and a pleasant toasty aroma at the end.

Technical Data

The selected grains are subjected to low-temperature infiltration for 48 hours and then gently pressed. Fermented in new French oak barrels. It is usually aged for 12 months on the lees in barrels and then subjected to batonnage. After bottling, the wine is aged for at least 12 months.
