The cuvée's name comes from the place where Julien first made wine - the garage where his maternal grandfather ran his lemonade business decades ago.
Owning & Enjoying

Tasting notes
Beautifully pure flavors of melon, fennel, and white peach are complemented by fragrant floral aromas towards the finish, and the subtle bitterness gives it a very fresh taste.

Pairing

Production

Sandy, shallow granite soil.
A blend of grapes from four plots located on high ground overlooking the northern Rhône Valley.
The 300m altitude and less sunlight than the neighbouring vineyards of Condrieu and Saint-Joseph help keep the wine fresh.

The grapes are hand-picked and vinified separately for each plot.
After pressing, the juice is thoroughly clarified. Alcoholic fermentation proceeds slowly at low temperature, and malolactic fermentation is complete.
Aged for 10 months on lees in multi-used 225L and 400L barrels.
