Aromas of spring flowers, quince, green apple, smoky flint, and sea breeze. Just smelling it makes your mouth water. The palate is filled with green apple and mineral notes, with a salty finish. It is extremely juicy and quenches your thirst.

Maison de la Chapelle
Maison de la Chapelle
Delphine and Grégory Viennois, two native Burgundians, are returning to their roots with the creation of their wine merchant La Maison de la Chapelle. These two wine enthusiasts embarked on their adventure with their very first vintage in 2014. Delphine, who comes from a winemaking family, has always been associated with the great Burgundy houses. As for Grégory, an oenologist, he trained with some of the great names in Burgundy, including Domaine J. Prieur, de l'Arlot, Smtih-Haut Lafitte, M. Chapoutier, Ferraton Père & Fils and Stéphane Derenoncourt. Now back in Burgundy, running his own business, he is also technical director at Domaine Laroche in Chablis and consultant at Quinta Do Monte d'Oiro in Portugal.
