‘Effet Papillon’ (English: butterfly effect) is a beautifully crafted, mineral-driven, and pure White wine from the Roussillon region in southern France, created by Ms. Marjorie as an ideal introductory wine.

Tasting notes
Powerful aromas of white flowers, pear, and marzipan emerge, followed by ripe melon and lemon balm as the wine is poured into the glass. The palate is exceptionally rich and smooth, revealing layers of citrus-infused minerality that transition into a clean, refreshing finish. The wine captures the essence of minerals, delivering a crisp acidity with vibrant fruit flavors.

Domaine le Roc des Anges

Roc Des anges was founded in Febuary 2001. A Carignan vine planted on a vein of quartz is biheind the origin of the name. a white soil surrounded by black schist: the “Lieu-Dit” is called “Roc Blanc” which translates as White Rock. Angels where chosen to symbolize the vein of quartz, and Roc Blanc became Roc Des Anges (Roc of the Angles).
