Macabeu was planted in 1957. The plot is characterized by veins of red clay running through the schist soil. The unique characteristics of this soil are reflected in the wine. It starts with a broad, spherical texture and complexity, then develops a sharp vertical intensity. This cuvée almost shines. The aroma and mouthfeel of ripe herbs and fennel. A subtle saltiness can also be felt in the aroma.
