The grapes are hand-picked and carefully brewed by variety, grown in a cool area of granite and sandy soil at an altitude of 300m. The low sunlight brings out the freshness, and the wine is aged in 400L barrels for 10 months, bringing out the pure fruitiness of white peach and melon with the aroma of fennel and flowers, and a slight bitterness that tightens the overall flavor. This wine has a delicate and refreshing aftertaste that is very appealing.

Production

Cultivation
Sandy, granitic soil.
A blend of two plots located on a plateau overlooking the northern Rhône, at an average altitude of 300m, the vineyards receive less sunshine than the neighbouring vineyards of Condrieu and Saint-Joseph, allowing the wine to retain maximum freshness.

Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified by variety. After pressing, the juice is thoroughly clarified and the alcoholic fermentation proceeds slowly, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Aging takes place in 400L barrels for 10 months.
