Producer's comments
This cuvée, the result of many years of brewing research and trial and error, has a memorable epigraph engraved on it.
The name "Brecharune" comes from an encounter with artist Nicolas Jour.
The carton contains six different labels designed by producer Anaïs' daughter.

Picpoul Blanc grapes were selected from selected plots and harvested later than usual, then aged on the lees for five months.
Since 2015, we have been experimenting with aging some of our wine in ceramic amphorae, and now we are aging 30% of our wine in ceramic amphorae.
70% is aged in concrete tanks.
