This wine is made from grapes grown in vineyards over 50 years old, phylloxera-free, and ungrafted, own-rooted. Aged for 16 months in 80% French oak and 20% American oak barrels, this fresh, lively, and fruit-rich wine offers a more elegant presence and harmonious structure than the producer's El Primer Paso.

From grapes planted without grafting in a field of vines over 50 years old, free of phylloxera. Grapes from the La Jara vineyard. A field blessed with the special grapes to create the great Toro wine, Las Sabias. Aged 16 months in French oak barrels (80%) and American oak barrels (20%).
