Wine that practices varietal preservation Liberanque is an ancient Languedoc grape variety from the 18th and 19th centuries. It was replanted for the sake of preservation and varietal diversity. It produces remarkable wines with silky, delicate tannins and floral aromas.

Tasting Notes
Aromas of fresh cherry fruit, orange, dried flowers and black pepper. Medium-bodied, with fresh cherry-like fruit on the palate. Fine, well-defined tannins. Long finish. An aristocratic and refreshing wine.

Also goes well with ham and sausage platters, grilled meats, and red fish sashimi.
