Riberanque is an ancient Languedoc variety from the 18th and 19th centuries. From the perspective of conservation and variety diversity, we decided to cultivate this variety again. This variety produces surprising wines with silky, delicate tannins and floral aromas.

Tasting notes
Aromas of fresh cherry fruit, orange, dried flowers, and black pepper. Medium-bodied, with fresh cherry-like fruit on the palate. Fine, well-defined tannins. Long finish. A noble and refreshing wine.

Pairing
It goes well with ham and sausage platters, grilled meats, and red fish sashimi.
