Victor was the name of Julien's grandfather from Chavanay, and Julien loved the smell of his grandfather's house. This small appellation produces elegant wines with a mineral touch. The name means "Victor's House."

Technical Data

Direct pressing, fine solids are allowed to settle and the juice is taken out before fermentation in old barrels. Aging for 10 months in used barrels (90%) and new barrels (10%). Malolactic fermentation. The lees at the bottom of the barrel are not stirred.
