Production

This terroir is challenging to work with and very fragile, which is why it was abandoned after the phylloxera crisis. Wines produced from this land are exceptionally pure and mineral-driven, achieving harmony through bottle aging over 2 to 3 years. From 2000 to 2011, the wine was aged for 18 months in barrels used 2 to 3 times, but since 2012, it has returned to 11 months of aging to preserve the wine's energy. All wines are bottled without collage or filtration, maintaining their true characteristics.

About the Winery

Domaine Guillot - Broux

Domaine Guillot - Broux

The estate was created in 1954 by Pierre and Jeannine GUILLOT. In 1978 their son, Jean-Gérard Guillot, came back to Cruzille town with his wife and they created Domaine Guillot – Broux with only 1 hectar of vines. Today Emmanuel et Patrice Guillot, the third generation, is taking care of the family business.
