Grapes grown in clay-limestone soil are harvested at night and fermented at low temperatures. The brewing process brings out the fruitiness, resulting in rich aromas of pear and white peach and a soft mouthfeel. The moderate acidity tightens the overall flavor, allowing you to enjoy a well-balanced and elegant taste.

Tasting Notes
Crystal clear in appearance, it has a nose of peach, nectarine, white flowers, banana and light pepper notes. It has a slightly rich body, a powerful attack and a refined, beautiful acid structure that enhances the aromas on the nose. It is best served chilled at 12°C.

We wanted to create a white wine that would be the perfect supporting actor for enjoying a fun time, so we invited friends over to taste several blends and decided on this cuvée.

brewing

After the night harvest, the grapes are fermented at low temperatures and each variety is vinified separately. The Viognier is aged on fine lees. The blend changes slightly each year, but we aim to make it as close to the previous year's flavor as possible.
