The grapes are carefully hand-picked and fermented in stainless steel tanks. No sugar is added, and the fermentation is carried out using only the sugars contained in the fruit. The wine is then aged for two years on wood lath. The rich yet natural acidity results in a well-balanced and harmonious flavor.

A sophisticated aromatic honey bouquet. In addition to the primary aromas of green apple, pear and white flowers characteristic of Chenin Blanc, there are also hints of toast, brioche and yeast. Over time, notes of honey, hazelnut and almond emerge. Lively effervescence gives a fresh burst in the mouth.
