A wine with a deep crimson robe from Roussillon, aromas of ripe red fruits and delicate hints of red pepper. Tannic, silky, long, elegant and simply classic!

Production

Cabernet Franc (predominantly) and Merlot. Harvested at the end of phenolic maturation. Temperature-controlled "mixed grain" fermentation. Punchdown and airlift. Aging in barrels, including some new, then tank until early bottling. Aiming for refinement, persistence, and salinity.
