Selected from the highest plots and oldest vines. Grapes are hand-picked and sorted in the field and cellar. Fermented at low temperatures. Winemaking and part of the aging process are carried out in stainless steel tanks. Pale pink in color. Aromas of white peach and apricot with notes of iodine and anise. Well-balanced, full-bodied, fresh and long-lasting finish.
