厳選した区画。手摘み収穫し、畑とセラー内で選果。低温で発酵前マセラシオンを行い、果帽をパンチングダウンする。長期のバッティング。熟成は樽内で14ヶ月。瓶熟は24~36ヶ月。赤みがかったダークレッド。赤系と黒系果実の複雑なノーズ。まろやかで上品な味わい。スムースで滑らかなタンニン。果実味と甘系スパイスのフィニッシュ。
