Tasting notes
The pale color with silver highlights, faintly tinged with salmon, evokes the sunlight of Provence. There is a subtle hint of honey, along with aromas of yellow peach and apricot. On the palate, a complexity unfolds that combines both strength and delicacy.

Production

The grapes are directly pressed, and the must is fermented in a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank, then aged with the lees.
