The name Nooh combines “No” for those who prefer to avoid alcohol with the chemical formula for alcohol molecules, “OH.” After three years of research and expertise in winemaking, Nooh was crafted to offer the finest experience. It includes both a sparkling rosé and a still rosé developed from the organic wine Rosé du Nuit. With a residual sugar content of just 3.5g/L, you can enjoy its light and simple pleasure.

To remove alcohol entirely, the wine undergoes vacuum distillation, a process that gently evaporates alcohol at 35–40°C, preserving the wine’s essence and aromas. This method retains the signature grapefruit and strawberry notes of Rosé du Nuit while enhancing natural aromas of lemon, strawberry, and jasmine.
