A clear, deep garnet red in color. The aroma is pure and fragrant, with impressions of black cherry, blackberry, and blueberry. The attack in the mouth is soft, jammy, reminiscent of red fruits and licorice. The tannins are soft, very approachable, yet concentrated. A beautifully balanced, soft, and elegant wine.

Technical Data

The planting density is 3,500 vines per hectare. The harvest is done mechanically, with a yield of approximately 40hL/ha, almost comparable to the maximum yield of Saint-Émilion Grand Cru (maximum 40hL/ha). Upon arrival in the cellar, the grapes are gently crushed and then left to soak at low temperatures.
