"Les Combettes" joins "Les Genevrières", but they produce very different wines. The wines are very mineral and toasty. They tend to be more concentrated than Genevrières, and this terroir takes a little longer to express itself. The southern exposure gives them more ageing potential.

A creamy wine with a sweet and sour aroma reminiscent of flowers and balsamic vinegar. It has a rich and creamy mouthfeel, but also has a mineral taste. Floral and fresh, with a long aftertaste.
