Cultivation
Yield: 32 hL/ha - divided into three: Château Smith Haut Lafite, Les Hauts de Smith, and Le Petit Haut Lafite.
Age: 11 years

brewing
The grapes are hand-picked in small containers and pressed in an oxygen-free environment using inert gas to preserve the aromatic potential of the grapes, then fermented in French oak (50% new) and clarified at low temperature.

Aging: 12 months in barrels (50% new barrels from our own cooperage) on the lees.
