Owning & Enjoying

Tasting notes
A wine made from Carignan planted in 1903 along a plot on the Catalan hill known as "La Travaselle." This cuvée, composed of schist soil rich in iron and silica, exemplifies the sublime and refined Carignan from a time of low yields. It is very smooth and mature, with firm tannins, a moderate mineral presence, and a subtle freshness.

Pairing
Hare blood and red wine sauce, duck blood sauce, game (birds)
