The grapes are macerated in stainless steel vats for a short time at low temperature. Fermented in new barrels. Aged in barrels for three months before bottling unfiltered. A stunning bright golden color. Rich aromas of honeysuckle, hazelnuts, white fruit and smoky roasted oak. Fresh and juicy on the palate, the freshness of the fruit aromas softens the intensity of the oak aromas.
