Founded in 1950, this is the largest winery in DO Bullas. The wines produced by this domaine are characterized by their complex flavors. Every step of the process, from winemaking to sales in the cellar, is carefully considered. The wines are produced with the utmost care by those who know the land best, in a terroir where grapes have been cultivated since the time of the Greeks and Romans. The vast vineyards stretch along the mountain ranges, from the border with Andalusia in the west to the Mediterranean coast in the east.

A key element of our winemaking philosophy is the prioritization of old vineyards, as we believe that the balance of production they offer is unparalleled. The deep roots of old vines, their ability to explore the soil extensively and their ability to self-regulate their growth vigor, minimize the impact of varying growing conditions from year to year. This results in greater complexity in the grapes and, ultimately, in the wine.

This approach does not negate the importance of new plantings, which are essential to maintaining the quality standards of the wines into the future, but the entire planting and cultivation process is carefully studied by the winery staff to ensure that the vineyard develops in a balanced way and is perfectly integrated into its natural environment.
