The young vines of Cinsault are hand-picked from the clay-limestone and round stone soils of Languedoc-Aniane. Fermentation with natural yeast and 12 months of aging in old barrels bring out the purity of the fruit. The aroma of red currant, raspberry and licorice spreads, and the wine has a delicate and supple mouthfeel. It has a light yet deep flavor, and goes perfectly with white meat and tapas.
