Aromas of Red and black fruits, with a smooth mouthfeel and the characteristic tannins of Carignan, which are noticeable upon opening but become silky and rounded with aging.

Aromas reminiscent of red and blackberries, pepper, new leather, tar, and underbrush. A medium-bodied, juicy, and elegant wine, showcasing a pleasant acidity and the purity of its fruit.

Production

The entire production is aged in cement tanks for 9 months. Bottling is done while the fruit is in its natural state. Yield: 28 hl/ha.
