This wine is a blend of Grenache vines, primarily from the estate, less than 40 years old. Aged in concrete tanks for 9 months. Aromas of raspberry and spice. Rich and smooth on the palate. Silky tannins and a fresh finish. A perfect pairing with roasted beef, barbecue, and hard cheeses.

The aroma is reminiscent of cassis, black cherry and chocolate. The mouthfeel is smoky and spicy with black fruit aromas. It feels fresh and lively. The tannins are very complex but modest, and the aftertaste is fresh, long and deep.
