This 100% Syrah is made from old vines on the left bank of the Rhône. Rich aromas of blackberry and blueberry are layered with black pepper and a hint of smoke. Technical Data

Cultivation
Vineyard: Harvested from old vines on the left bank of the Rhône, opposite the village of Condrieu.
Terroir: Planted on a clayey, firm soil mixed with rounded pebbles.

brewing
All grapes are destemmed by bunch and vinified in open stainless steel tanks.
Maceration (skin maceration) lasts for three weeks, with short but frequent punch-overs (no stomping), and malolactic fermentation takes place in barrels after pressing.
Aging: Aged in barrels for 10 months.
