This large-scale Bordeaux wine is crafted from Merlot grapes harvested by hand, with short pruning, low yields, and selective selection. The Merlot grapes are harvested from the sunniest plots and then aged in barrels for 18 months. The aromas of black fruits such as blackcurrant and plum, cocoa, balsamic vines, and wood oak casks waft through the air. The wine has a refined attack, elegant tannins, charming aromas, and a full-bodied harmony.
