A mature red wine dominated by Cabernet Franc with a deep crimson rope. The aroma of ripe red fruits is accompanied by a delicate hint of red pepper. The tannins are beautifully developed, and the finish is silky and long-lasting. It has a very elegant and classic taste, and pairs well with red meat and lamb.

Technical Data

Cabernet Franc (predominantly) and Merlot. Harvested at the end of phenolic maturation. Temperature-controlled "mixed grain" fermentation. Punchdown and airlift. Aging in barrels, including some new, then tank until early bottling. Aiming for refinement, persistence and salinity.
