A blend that captures the complex flavors of southern France.
It has a floral aroma, a rich body and subtle oak flavours. After creating the Zaz Rouge, we needed a white counterpart. Unlike the Rouge, it's a blend of local varieties. Picpoul Blanc complements the beautiful Roussanne.
The name has several origins: it refers to a late 1930s trend, a rebellious, anti-conformist jazz-loving artist, a Brigitte Fontaine song, and a nickname for Anaïs.

Tasting Comments

Tasting Notes
Rich and powerful on the palate, it starts off with citrus notes, followed by ripe pineapple.

Pairing
Vegetable terrine, mullet, crab and scallop skewers

Technical Data

The grapes are harvested at night and fermented under temperature control, after which a portion is transferred to barrels.
Blended after 4 months of ageing.
