A deliciously fresh wine that can be enjoyed young. A specific terroir has been selected from the Château Suduiraut vineyards. This terroir is planted with Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, with fine gravel soils and vines that are an average of 20 years old. This environment encourages the development of aromatic fruit and gives the wine a beautiful freshness.
Owning & Enjoying

Tasting notes
Pale yellow in colour. The nose is dominated by white flowers and citrus notes, with passion fruit and minerality emerging as the wine is exposed to air. The palate is round and fresh, with flavours of pink grapefruit, pear and roasted hazelnut. The finish is marked by hazelnut, pear and a pronounced saltiness.

Production

Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris only, maceration between 2 and 12 hours.
Gentle pressing for a relatively long period of time, about 2 hours and 30 minutes.
70% fermented in tanks at controlled temperature between 17-21°C.
30% is fermented in barrels.
70% aged in tanks and 30% in barrels for 6 months.
On average, the fine lees are stirred once a week or once every two weeks.
