Owning & Enjoying

Tasting notes
Poured into the glass, it displays a pale lemon yellow color with fine, persistent bubbles. The attack begins with a quiet hint of minerality, revealing pure fruit notes of lemon oil, white peach, and pear, layered with nuances of white flowers, crushed chalk, white pepper, and almond skin. Over time, brioche, confit poire, and a subtle smoky aroma emerge, creating a rich aroma. The palate is impressive with its firm acidity and vertical minerality, and while it has a well-structured structure, the texture is extremely delicate. The finish is long-lasting with a hint of saltiness, making it one of the pinnacles of purity and tension in Blanc de Blancs.
