Tasting notes
A brilliant pale gold color. The aroma features nuances of white flowers, ripe apples, and pears, with hints of nuts and butter, creating an elegant impression.

When you put it in your mouth, you will find an exquisite balance between the supple, expansive fruitiness and the crisp minerality that is characteristic of Rully.

The finish is creamy with a long aftertaste that has a pleasant salty taste. A sophisticated wine that reflects the fine terroir.

Production

The grapes are harvested from 80-year-old vines located on a southeast-facing slope at an altitude of 350m. The soil is a mixture of clay and limestone, and the grapes have good sunlight conditions, so they are fully ripe and have a rich flavor.


The wine is fermented and aged in new French oak barrels for about 10 months, with batonnage (racking) to add depth and complexity to the wine.
