In the dialect of the Languedoc region, 'Uzélia' means oak forest.
This Red wine showcases the charm of Grenache, offering excellent balance with very refined tannins. Exposing it to air enhances the flavors, revealing aromas of blackberry and hints of roast.

Clos Constantin
Clos Constantin
In 2009, Pierre Halley, originally from Argelliers, took over the vineyards of his uncle, a cooperator. There, he started to vinify his own wine but could not do so at home. So, in 2015, he joined forces with his friend Samuel Durand, former sommelier at Lavinia. In 2017, the two of them created Clos Constantin and its winery. In fact, the name of the estate is a tribute to Pierre's great-grandfather, whose first name it was.
