A blend of multiple varieties. Fermented in concrete tanks with gentle pumping over 2-3 weeks. Then aged on high-quality lees. Pale in color, it has a powerful, Mediterranean aroma of garrigue, wild black berries, and refreshing spices. It has a supple, juicy taste and a long finish.

The vineyards are located in Argelliers, at an altitude of 230 meters, in a cool climate. Fermentation takes place in concrete tanks over a period of 2-3 weeks with gentle pumping over. The wine is then aged on the lees.
