Algiès, meaning "Algerier" in the Languedoc dialect, is named after the terroir of this region. Floral Syrah and Grenache are cultivated in stony soils from the oldest vines at the Domaine. Silky and elegant on the palate, it offers richness, hints of garrigue, and a very fresh finish. It combines power and finesse for a truly beautiful taste.

brewing

The Syrah is harvested from three different plots at an altitude of 230 meters. Maceration takes place on each plot for 30 days, during which the Syrah is periodically pumped over and aged whole bunches in ⅓ of the tanks. It is then aged for 18 months in large barrels and egg-shaped tanks.
