From the glass, dense fruit aromas of blackberry, cassis, and ripe plum emerge, along with complex notes of black pepper, cedar, smoke, and iron.

In the mouth, the classic acidity typical of 2014 provides structure, layered with the wild flavor of Syrah and fine tannins.

The pure and expansive fruitiness of Saint-Suffle stands out, while the minerals from the soil and nuances of bitter chocolate create a long finish.

Cornas is at a beautiful stage of maturity, combining power and clarity.

Vineyards: mainly Les Chaillots and Reynard plots
Age of vines: Average 40-60 years
Harvesting: Hand-picked, very low yields (approximately 20–25 hl/ha)
Vinification: Partial whole-cluster fermentation, using only wild yeasts
Sulfites (SO₂): Sans Soufflé (additive-free) concept
Aging: 18 to 24 months in mostly old barrels (no new barrels)

Bottling: Unfined and unfiltered
