A glossy golden colour.
The glass releases rich aromas of acacia honey, pear compote, and the noble rot of white peach and apricot, layered with subtle nuances of vanilla, chamomile, and candy.

On the palate, the rich sweetness and fresh acidity are in perfect harmony, and the richness of the ripe fruit and the clear minerality continue into a long finish.

It is a sweet white wine that is not overly heavy, but is elegant and well-balanced.

Vinification
At harvest, the grapes are carefully selected according to the extent of botrytis (noble rot).
The grapes are pressed immediately after harvesting to preserve maximum aromatic freshness.
The juice is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, where the temperature is kept at around 22°C to ensure a slow and steady fermentation.


Aging:
The wine is racked three times to encourage natural and gradual clarification.
It is then aged in tanks for 36 months.
