This cuvée, made from grapes from different plots, produces a supple and fruit-forward wine with a balanced body. It is easy to drink and an excellent introduction to the wines of this domaine.

Fresh fruit and floral aromas. The wine is characterized by its fresh, vibrant taste and soft tannins.

Production

The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks under temperature control. No punchdowns are performed; instead, the soft-colored juice is carefully extracted. It is then aged in oak barrels for 12 months. Of the barrels used, 20% are new oak, 20% have been used once for winemaking, and 20% have been used twice. After aging, the wine rests in tanks for 4 to 6 months. It is neither fined nor filtered and is bottled at the estate.

Domaine Antoine Olivier was created in 1967. Until 2003, it was Hervé Olivier who ran the estate before handing over to his son Antoine. In the vineyard, the estate practices plowing and reasoned control in order to use as few treatments as possible.
