ル・タン・デ・スリーズという名は、フランス語のcerise（サクランボ）とcrise（危機）を掛けた言葉遊び。土壌と環境への愛情に、軽やかなユーモアを添えた造り手のキュヴェです。もっともこのワインに危機は見当たらず、華やかな花とサクランボの香りに、樽熟成由来のわずかな杉のニュアンスが重なります。フレッシュで生き生きとした味わいと柔らかなタンニンが心地よく、白身肉やグリルした肉、ジャンボンペルシェとともに。

Winemaking & technical data

Fermented in stainless steel tanks under temperature control. No pigeage is done, and the soft-colored juice is carefully extracted, then aged in oak barrels for 12 months. 20% new oak barrels, 20% barrels that have already been used once for winemaking, 20% barrels that have been used twice, etc. Then aged in tanks for 4 to 6 months. Bottled at the Domaine without clarification or filtration.
