Les Sorcières means "witches." This wine offers a rich fruit aroma, complemented by delicate tannins, making it very easy to drink. You can sense the delicate notes of ripe blackberries and cassis. Pairing

Production

Destemming. Daily remontage and pigeage, with a short cold maceration prior to fermentation. The fermentation lasts for 15 to 20 days, gently extracting the extracts. Aging takes place in stainless steel tanks for 8 months, with the lees and minimal sulfur dioxide.
