Made from the oldest vines in the winery, 50-100 years old, this wine has an impression of black fruits, a pure and elegant yet aromatic and powerful wine. Technical Data

All destemmed. Cold maceration for 20-25 days before fermentation, with daily pumping. Aged for one year in concrete tanks, with 100% Syrah aged in old barrels used by Saury for 1-2 years without transfer.
