This rare wine is made from Tempranillo and old-vine Carignan grapes. Its luxurious aroma blends blueberry and tobacco leaves. The palate is elegant and relaxing, accented by black pepper, brown spices, and the typical Tempranillo flavor of tobacco. It is rich and refined, with a beautiful lingering finish.

Technical Data

The stems are removed and the wine is left to soak in liquid for a few days to soften and pre-ferment. It is then slowly fermented traditionally for about two weeks, with gentle stirring and pumping every day. It is then left to rest in a vat with the lees, pumping frequently to prevent separation. It is then lightly filtered and bottled with minimal CO2.
