グラン・クリュ・アヴィズの畑から生まれた、シャルドネ100%の2005年。淡いゴールドに熟成を示すわずかなアンバーの輝き、繊細で持続する泡。白桃やレモンコンフィ、焼きリンゴ、アカシアの花に、時とともにブリオッシュや蜂蜜、ヘーゼルナッツが立ち上がります。凝縮した果実と直線的な酸が拮抗し、チョーキーな質感と塩味が長く残ります。帆立貝とカリフラワーのムースとともに。
Tasting note
Pale gold in colour with a slight amber sheen that indicates age. The very fine and persistent bubbles evoke the pure minerality of Grand Cru Avize. The first impression is one of tension and depth, with notes of white peach, lemon confit, baked apple and acacia flowers. Over time, notes of brioche, honey, hazelnut, mineral powder and chalk emerge. The smoky aroma from aging and the salty aroma of sea breeze add complexity. On the palate, the concentrated fruit and linear acidity are in perfect balance. While it has the rich body typical of the 2005 vintage, it is dominated by the firm structure and taut minerality that are characteristic of Jacquesson. The chalky texture and saltiness linger on the palate, with subtle hints of dried fruit and toast remaining pleasantly at the end. The low dosage highlights the pure character of the plot.

Conditions and time limits
Because these are beverages, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Please order with care.
Even with chilled delivery, a rapid change in temperature can cause slight seepage. This does not affect the quality of the wine, and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in such cases. Every bottle is visually checked before packing.
Where the fault is ours, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
We are unable to help after that period, so thank you for your understanding.
Return postage
Where the fault is ours — a faulty bottle or the wrong item — we cover the cost of return. Returns and exchanges for reasons of personal preference are not accepted.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty, we will replace it with a new bottle or an equivalent, subject to availability.
Please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept requests after that period.
Refunds for events
Full refund
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, or cannot be held because of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstance, we refund in full.
No refund
For cancellations by the customer, we refund in full up to 3 days before the event; after that, no refund is available.
