The inscription is in Persian and is named after the city of Chiraz in southwestern Iran, long considered the birthplace of the Syrah grape variety. The illustration shows grape vines planted in the middle of the desert.

Technical Data

The harvest is done by hand. The grapes are sorted in the cellar. Fermentation is carried out under temperature control, with daily punching down during fermentation. After 3e4 weeks of maceration, the wine is aged in concrete tanks for 12 months before bottling.
