This vineyard, planted with Grenache vines over 30 years old, is located on a Jurassic limestone plateau (approximately 65 million years old) at an altitude of 300m, between Maury and Laziguere. Its ruby red color and rich aromas of small red berries are abundant. The palate is soft and beautifully fresh, resulting in a well-balanced flavor.

Aromas of dried flowers, potpourri and small red fruits. A fresh and crisp taste that evokes the altitude at which these old vines are planted, with fine, fine tannins reminiscent of limestone soil.

Technical Data

Fermentation is carried out under temperature control, with daily punching down and 3-4 weeks of maceration during fermentation. The wine is then aged in concrete tanks for 12 months before bottling.
