The current owner, Emmanuel Guille, is the fifth generation. The woman depicted on the label is the second-generation owner. This cuvée was created as a tribute to his family, using grapes planted by Emmanuel's father in the Geniévrières vineyard in 1991. As in the past, all the grapes are fermented together. The wine-making process is also kept short, just like in the time of his second-generation grandmother, lasting only 8 days, with carbonic maceration applied as needed.

Tasting notes
A rare cuvée made from Gamay, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay. It showcases a vibrant color and fruity aromas, featuring fresh red fruits, raspberry, spices like pepper, fresh herbs, and the minerality from Chardonnay. The wine has a charming finish, excellent quality, and good balance, resulting in a pleasant overall experience. It offers a bouquet of floral aromas and a gentle taste with soft tannins, presenting a light to medium body. The name refers to the specific parcel.

About the Winery

Domaine Guillot - Broux

Domaine Guillot - Broux

The estate was created in 1954 by Pierre and Jeannine GUILLOT. In 1978 their son, Jean-Gérard Guillot, came back to Cruzille town with his wife and they created Domaine Guillot – Broux with only 1 hectar of vines. Today Emmanuel et Patrice Guillot, the third generation, is taking care of the family business.
