家族へのオマージュとして生まれた希少なキュヴェ。シャルドネ、ガメイ、ピノ・ノワールをすべて一緒に8日間で醸し、大樽で12か月、さらにタンクで数か月熟成させます。鮮やかな色調に、新鮮な赤果実やフランボワーズ、胡椒などの香辛料、フレッシュハーブの香り。シャルドネ由来のミネラル感が支え、穏やかなタンニンが優しい。ライトからミディアムボディのマグナムです。
